Note that Marion Brady and Howard Brady retain all ownership rights to all educational and course materials provided by the Center for Integrated Curricula (CIC). Obtaining access to any of this material allows the licensee limited rights to use it for instructional purposes, so long as appropriate fees have been paid to CIC, or those fees have been formally waived by CIC. All other rights are reserved to the copyright owners.

  1. Users of each unit CIC materials must be authorized by CIC to use that unit. Those users are given a limited nonexclusive license to use the materials. This license may not be transferred or shared with others.

  2. No reproduction or transfer of CIC educational materials is allowed, except in quantity of one per authorized student plus one additional copy for teacher or learning supervisor, No portion of these materials may be used as part of any derivative works. Electronic means of reproduction are included in this restriction, along with all other forms of copying.

  3. If those licensed to use the materials use these materials with students other than those for which the original user’s fee was paid, licensees must pay additional user’s fees at the established rate.

  4. Licensees are responsible for payment of all taxes.

  5. Materials are warranted to meet descriptions provided by CIC, and to be satisfactory to the user. Warranty is limited to recovery of original license fees only. No other warranty is stated or implied.

  6. Liability for any damage or loss arising out of use of these educational materials shall not exceed the license fees paid to CIC by the user.

  7. If legal action arises as a result of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs of litigation, in addition to any other relief granted.
    If any portion of this License Agreement is determined to be void or unenforceable by a competent court, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

  8. If either party fails to enforce any rights granted under this Agreement, such failure is not to be construed as a waiver of those rights for subsequent enforcement.

  9. This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and The United States of America.

Privacy Policy
